What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for exchanges and store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. Email terms@veltoramilano.com to start a return.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 7–10 business days before shipping. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Domestic (US) orders over $100 ship free. Orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and any duties/import taxes are calculated and shown at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Since orders begin processing quickly, please email terms@veltoramilano.com within a few hours of placing your order if you need changes. We can't guarantee edits once fulfillment has started.
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in inches and cm. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
We offer exchanges for a different size/color (subject to availability) and store credit. We don't currently offer refunds to the original payment method.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Restocks depend on demand and fabric availability. Sign up for our email list to get notified the moment an item is back.
